I can’t be successful if my clients don’t have a successful real estate transaction. As part of my commitment to providing my clients the very best service and getting them the results they want, I recently traveled to Houston, Texas, to attend Tim Heyl’s renowned training class, Real Estate Machine.
Tim is the founder of the Heyl Group and Phone Animal in Texas, and he leads one of the premiere real estate groups in the area. Tim is also one of Keller Williams Realty’s top 100 agents in the company across the country. I was excited to be able to hear from this inspiring man and gain insights from his long and successful career to better serve my own clients!
My traveling companion was my husband, Jonathan Hampton, who is the Marketing Specialist here at The Patty Sells NC Team. We had a great time seeing the sights around Houston and, of course, learning from Tim’s class.
Why did I sign up for the class?
Well, there are two things that I know about real estate. 1) You cannot succeed at this alone. That’s the team factor. 2) You always have to be learning. But you just don’t just go out there and just pull information out of the sky. You have to be strategic about it and find the best and learn from the best.
Tim Heyl is among the best, and his class shared some of his secrets for success, such as by implementing the right systems and procedures for yourself and your team. We talked about planning for future growth for the benefit of our business and our clients.
I left the full-day class feeling invigorated and excited about the future! The best way to describe the event is mind-blowing. It really changed the way I think about my real estate business and how I serve my clients.
I would highly recommend the course if you have the opportunity to attend. It doesn’t matter if you are a new agent who has just gotten into the business or if you already have a large, established real estate team – everyone can benefit from this training. You can learn more about the class and Tim at www.timheyl.com.
I cannot wait to implement some of the things that I learned at this class! It was very much worth the trip, and Houston is a city that Jonathan and I look forward to going back to visit again as soon as we can.
